We are seeing less pictures of Taylor Swift and Eva Longoria hairstyles and more and more Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn. So we decided to feature a recent vintage Las Vegas wedding hair and makeup bride with a few extra pics from other pin-up projects. Trish and Brittany had the pleasure of working with Casey on March 1st for her wedding. She informed us the theme of her wedding was pin up/rockabilly. “I was immediately stoked since I had done the same theme for my wedding a year ago and really enjoy the whole pin up era.” says Trish, lead makeup artist and stylist at Stevee Danielle. She brought many pictures of how she wanted her bridal hair style and had picked something she liked from each. Brittany (bridal hair and makeup specialist) Pieced all her favorite parts of each photo to create a perfect pinup bridal hairstyle. The pictures she showed had the traditional Victory Rolls, pinned curls and tight sides by the ears. Casey has the ever so popular side bang so Brittany gave her a great forward roll in the front to combine what she wanted from the pictures and Casey’s current hair. Top all of it off with a bird cage veil and she was set! As for bridal makeup, she wanted a pin-up style, but with a more modern kick. She wanted a modern smokey rockabilly look vs the classic light lid with the focus on the winged liner. This gave her a very classic look with her own personality combined. Weft Hair Extensions: Quick and easy plus no glue or hair thinning

Weft hair extensions are a full track extension that goes in between two layers of your own hair. Securing the hair extensions on both sides of your head, the stylist then works her way across the middle, until the row is complete! A silicone bead( to prevent the extensions from slipping) will be placed about every half inch across the weft. Your own hair will be divided into quarter inch sub-sections, starting at the nape of the neck, working your way up toward the top of the head.
